She and their daughter, Alana, miss him very much. Cynthia has continued with her quilting activities and is thankful for all of her friends. She also keeps busy with her local historical society and other miscellaneous community activities. Mary Mather Monnier had lunch with her former roommates Carol Andeberg Bogard and Barbara Mrzygold Cionowski Penkula at the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge, MA, in October. She is grateful for the friendship that has lasted them since starting Bay Path in 1956. Catherine is once again enjoying the Florida sunshine and fun lifestyle of The Villages. 1966 Virginia Tewksbury enrolled in the bachelor of general studies program at the University of Connecticut in 2011, just a few short miles from her home in Coventry. During that time, she worked as a school bus driver and took one course at a time, slowly studying her way to a BS. In May of 2015, Virginia walked in the graduation ceremony and received her bachelor's degree, as her children and grandchildren cheered for her accomplishment. She is happy to report that Bay Path is still the wonderful and friendly place she remembers from back in 1969! Carol Paddock Goodspeed retired from full-time work in May of 2016 and is settling into her new normal. She enjoys hearing about the special events Bay Path hosts and visiting the campus! Ann Baldwin Castagnola is happily retired after 40 years of being a teacher. Ann was a Reading Specialist in New York for 29 years. She then moved to New Jersey and worked as an academic support instructor focusing on reading and math for 11 years. She had fun visiting the vastly updated campus and catching up with friends Kim Yarter '81 and Nancy LaFountain Lee '80. 1988 Heidi Trewhella Joseph has accepted a position as Vice President, Health Center Operations, at Wheeler Clinic Health and Wellness Center. She is pursuing her doctorate of nursing practice at Quinnipiac University's online program in nurse leadership.
