38 Bay Pathway Spring 2017 1996 L. Alexandra Hogan was appointed in October 2016, as a shareholder of Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C., a law firm serving Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. Alex received a unanimous vote of confidence from the firm's shareholders, representing a strong approval of her professional achieve- ments. She has been selected by Super Lawyers to the Rising Stars list and named a Top Woman Attorney for the past five years. She was also recently selected by Mass Lawyers Weekly for an Excellence in the Law Award in the Up & Coming Lawyers section. Alex was just selected to the 2016 Massachusetts Rising Stars list, an honor that less than 2.5% of lawyers from Massachusetts are recognized with each year! 2000 Yasmine S. Antoine Murray, a member of the senior leadership team of H.J. Russell & Company, was promoted from Corporate Counsel and Risk Manager to General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Yasmine is responsible for all of t h e c o m p a n y 's l e g a l f u n c t i o n s a n d a s Corporate Secretary, she serves as the liaison between the board of directors and the company and is responsible for all corporate governance matters. Yasmine has been with the company for a total of 10 years. S h e i s a m e m b e r o f t h e A m e r i c a n B a r Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, Atlanta Business League, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Minority Corporate Counsel Association and the Urban League Institute. Originally from St. Lucia, Yasmine graduated magna cum laude from Bay Path University and then went on to achieve her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Georgia, School of Law. Jennifer Kratovil-Moriarty was excited to join Crane Stationery, the premier social stationery and wedding invitation company, as Senior Human Resources Leader. She works in North Adams, Massachusetts supporting almost 300 associates. Jennifer appreciates the psychology and business classes at Bay Path which helped prepare her for a successful career in Human Resources. Jennifer lives in Pittsfield, MA with her husband and two school aged daughters. 2004 Christine Conley was sworn in as a State Representative proudly serving Groton and Ledyard, Connecticut, during the opening day ceremony of the 2017 Legislative Session at the State Capitol in Hartford. She will continue to practice law representing injured workers with the Law Office of Lori Comforti in Norwich, CT. Jessica Pratt Cramer is enrolled in the certificate for advanced paralegal studies program and is expected to finish in June of 2017. She is loving her time in Bay Path's One Day A Week Saturday Program! 2005 Amy Feeley-Austin writes that after the loss of her husband, Alexander Knuuttila in 2012, she found happiness again and married Matthew Feeley- Austin in September 2016 with her children by her side. They reside in Hawaii and await the arrival of their first child, a boy, in the spring of 2017. 2010 Emily Flanagan Symski married the love of her life, Stephen Symski, on September 9, 2016, after nine years of dating.
