#6 WE REALLY GREW.
In so many ways, we all knew Bay Path was expanding. From the number of
our campuses to programs to students, we all witnessed the upward trajectory.
So when the Chronicle of Education in their annual almanac for 2014 named
Bay Path one of the fastest-growing baccalaureate colleges in the country
(we were ranked eighth) between 2002 and 2012 based on enrollment, we
were pleasantly surprised, and pleasantly proud.
#5 FIRST IN THE NATION:
THE AMERICAN WOMEN'S
COLLEGE ONLINE
Officially launched in the spring of 2014, The American Women's College Online is the first all-women, all-online baccaluareate
program in the country. Based out of our new Springfield, MA, campus, The American Women's College Online has an olympian
goal: to provide an opportunity for the over 76 million women in America without a bachelor's degree to finally earn their dream
of an education. On their time. At their pace.
#4 DR. LEARY
GOES TO
WASHINGTON.
To be more specific, Dr. Leary went to the 2nd
White House College Opportunity Summit hosted
by President Obama, the First Lady, and Vice
President Joe Biden. One of just over a hundred
higher education or college/university presidents
invited to participate, Dr. Leary carried the banner
for adult women's education on this momentous
occasion. It made national news and highlighted
Bay Path and The American Women's College Online.
