Bay Pathway Winter 2015
#3 BAY PATH RE-WRITES
THE
RECORD BOOKS.
It was the largest grant in the annals of Bay Path's history: $3.5 million, and it was
awarded by the U.S. Department of Education in October 2014. Fittingly, it is called
the 'First in the World' grant and Bay Path was one of only 24 selected from among
500 applicants across the country. The funding will go to support the development of
the Social Online Universal Learning-SOUL-platform, the academic engine that drives
The American Women's College Online program.
#2 THE PHILIP H. RYAN HEALTH
SCIENCE CENTER COMPLETED.
The University's largest academic facility built since 1963 was finished in December 2014, on time and on budget...just in time
for classes scheduled to begin for the January 2015 semester. For additional story on the Philip H. Ryan Health Science Center
see page 19.
