Bob drove Barbara, her daughter and her husband up the coast to all the places she used to live. Barbara has fond memories of time spent in the Danish town of Solvang and her favorite city of Santa Barbara, where they all had dinner at her favorite Mexican restaurant, El Paseo, before travelling back to Thousand Oaks. They had a wonderful weeklong visit with family and they just had to go to the beach one day, since Barbara now lives in landlocked Colorado! Marion Brooks Waleryszak is so proud of Bay Path's status as a University. She asks "Who realized the school we attended in 1951 would grow so greatly?" Marion gives kudos to President Leary for her fine and gracious leadership. She encourages her classmates to visit BPU and see the marvellous changes. 1955 Dorothy Masajada Hartland Class Agent 70 Cayenne St., W. Springfield, MA 01089 413.733.9205 Gertrude "Trudy" Yazmer Brown and her husband recently moved to Florida for the mild weather. She has two grand- sons who are working in Florida, as well as some relatives in the area. Trudy writes that they will miss Connecticut! 1956 Sally Streeter Greene regrets to inform that her husband, John, passed away on November 27, 2015. He had cancer for many years, but was free of it until last fall. Unfortunately, when it came back it spread rapidly after a successful hip replacement. Sally misses her husband greatly but is thankful for the "57 wonderful" years of marriage and two wonderful children they had together. They sold their house on Cape Cod, and Sally is now a full-time resident of Naples, Florida. Sally will occasionally visit her children and their spouses, as well as visit with family and friends on the Cape, and the kids often visit her in Naples. Her life in Naples is very busy and full, with church activities, golf, volunteering at her local hospital and many social activities. She looks forward to getting together with other Bay Path alums at the next get-together in Naples. Sally extends an invitation to any of her classmates visiting southwest Florida. She would love to hear from you and get together! Dorothy Holton McGovern retired in June of 2015 from Eli Whitney School, an elementary school in Enfield, CT, where she worked part time for the last 22 years. She says she had a delightful chat with Meghan Mackie '19, a student Phonathon caller, when she called. Gail D'Abato Walsh is still enjoying retirement life in Estores, FL. Her twin grandchildren, Katherine and Kevin, live nearby. She hopes all her classmates and Bay Path friends are in good health!
