"I enjoyed every moment of this conference."
"It's so hard getting out of the office for a day,
but it was totally worth the effort. It was just
what I needed to re-charge my work/life balance battery!" These are just some of the
comments heard at our 2017 Women's Leadership Conference. The morning began with
a moving presentation by Shiza Shahid, co-founder and former CEO of the Malala Fund;
luncheon keynote speaker Nely Galán, former President of Telemundo and women's
entrepreneur advocate, rocked the house inspiring
participants to 'go for it'; and closing keynote
speaker Nicholas Sparks, bestselling author and
founder of The Nicholas Sparks Foundation, had
many on the edge of their seats as he spoke about
how episodes in his own life inspired the stories
that have resonated with millions around the world.
And, of course, it was a day for networking, selfies,
and reconnecting!
