education, Lynn is a better critical thinker, problem solver, decision maker, and leader, due in large part to what she learned at Bay Path while obtaining her MS in Leadership & Negotiation. Lynn also serves on the Bay Path Alumni Association Council and is always so excited to show her support for BPU. Taryn Ricci graduat- ed in May of 2015 with her Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT, and began a new job in August 2015 as a Elementary Special Education Teacher in Plainville, CT. Racquela Richard was accepted into the Rhode Island College (RIC) School of Nursing and began classes at the end of January. She is so excited to begin her journey toward becoming a nurse! Patrick Carpenter G'11 is now the associate director of annual giving at Boston College Law School. 2012 Danielle Mann G'16 has this to say: "Not only did Bay Path provide me with an education, but a career as well. I met some wonderful individuals during my time at BPU who have furthered my career. During my grad classes, I met a classmate who referred me to his company, which led to my placement within the same agency. Now the contacts I made in undergrad are helping me to help this company expand their reach in the community. Thank you, Bay Path University!" Mariana Rocha G'12 shares that she was recently offered a second promo- tion at Rediker Software! She is now the gradebook and plusportal program manager. According to Rediker's President, "This program is a multi- million dollar channel program between the portals, gradebook and mobile apps, and is extremely significant to our company's growth and success." Mariana shared with Dr. Leary that while she worked hard for the position, she could have not done it without the skills developed at Bay Path, "...so I extend my thanks to you, your faculty and your staff." Victoria Ann Rodriguez shared that she is working as a legal analyst/paralegal at Babson Capital Management and in 2015 enrolled in the MS in Leadership & Negotiation program at Bay Path University. She is also vice president of the Western Massachusetts Paralegal Association, a member of the Springfield Puerto Rican Day Parade Committee and recently became a member of the President's Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at Bay Path University. Cheryl Ann Fusco Stanco became a grandmother to Linda Rose on July 12, 2008. She is looking to reconnect with her former classmates from 1981 and 1982. 2015 Susan B. Locklin is "elated to be a part of the Bay Path University One Day Women Alumni Community." 34 THE POWER OF ONE . Every day, another Bay Path student experiences one moment that changes everything.
