Infectious enthusiasm. A "can do" spirit. And a leadership style all her own. These are just some of the qualities of the outgoing president of the Alumni Association, Courtney Whalen '00 G'10. And Courtney has done it all: she campaigned for the Annual Fund, manned the alumni table at the Women's Leadership Conference, attended Board of Trustees meetings as the alumni representative, and laced on sneakers to run the Carpe Diem Dash. We've probably missed 50 other things. Yet, there is one thing we do know. She will be sorely missed. But according to Courtney, "I love Bay Path…I'm not going away." For that, and so much more, we are deeply grateful. Courtney's presidency is bittersweet and historic…she is the last President of the Alumni Association under the designation of Bay Path College. Carpe Diem! New at the helm and leading us into the latest chapter in Bay Path's history is Jessi Santos '05 G'10. A member of the Alumni Association Council for the last five years, Jessi's forward-thinking leadership and passion for service is already making a difference, but she notes: "I hope to build on Courtney's accomplishments and learn from the great work of my predecessors. It is an honor to represent our 14,000 Bay Path alumni worldwide!" Courtney Whalen '00 G'10 is joined by the new president of the Alumni Association, Jessi Santos '05 G'10 CLASS NOTES 24 Bay Pathway Winter 2015
