The Springfield Sheraton ballroom came alive for the 3rd Annual President's Gala. It was an
evening of dance inspired by Broadway musicals, and made possible by over 70 event sponsors.
A special thank you to Gunnar and Daryll Craven Sverrisson '98, owners and lead instructors
at Ballroom Fever Dance Studio, who coached the competing dancers: Erin Hornyak, Bay Path
Advisory Council member; Lamont Clemons, Bay Path Board of Trustees member; and Jillian
Jusko, community partner.
Attendees enjoyed a delicious meal, witnessed exciting performances, danced the night away,
bid on many different auction items, and raised over $360,000 in support of the Bold Women's
Scholarship and The Finish Line Fund!
Through the generosity of many donors, Bay Path undergraduate students—traditional-aged
as well as adult women, both online and on-ground—can now reach the most important finish
line of all: graduation day. Thank you!
