Three New Women Leaders Inducted into Bay Path's 21st Century Business Leaders Hall of Fame At the 24th Annual Women's Leadership Conference, Bay Path was pleased to honor three exemplary women who were inducted into the 21st Century Women Business Leaders Hall of Fame: Dr. Ann Errichetti, Kate Kane, and Mel Robbins. Established in 2004, over the years the Hall of Fame has recog- nized dozens of women who have demonstrated leadership qualities that have made them role models for all women. The Hall of Fame selection criteria includes qualities such as risk taking, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering teamwork, incorporating integrity and a strong sense of ethics, and demonstrating a collaborative management style, among others. Each of the women who have been selected have left a lasting legacy in their respective fields, from law to medicine to philanthropy.
